车轮压轧线全液压重载机械手自动控制系统

摘要

The hardware and software structures and system composition of the control system for manipulator and the manipulator’s functions and realization of these functions are introduced. The operators can use action commands to set up movement sequence of the ma-nipulator, enabling it to complete actions within the range of safe operation. As it belongs to heavy load manipulator, various safety protection functions have been incorporated in the de-sign to ensure the safety of both human and equipment.%　　介绍了机械手控制系统的硬件结构和软件结构、系统组成，以及机械手功能和实现方法。操作人员可以利用动作指令对机械手的动作顺利进行人为设定，使机械手在安全操作的允许范围内完成各种动作；由于本机械化属于重载机械手，为了保证人身和设备的安全，在设计的过程中考虑了多种安全保护功能。
