中频冶炼炉分频谐波频率移动现象及其机理

             

摘要

In order to increase production efficiency and reduce energy consumption, the control method of automatic frequency adjustment is often adopted during the smelting process of medium and large volume intermediate-frequency furnaces, causing serious sub-harmonic pollution of frequency shift. The generating mechanism of the phenomenon was qualitatively analyzed, which had been proved by test data from actual projects, to provide helpful refer-ence for the design and implementation of electricity quality treatment projects for similar e-quipment.%在冶炼过程中,为了提高生产效率,降低冶炼能耗,中大容量中频冶炼炉往往采用了频率自动调节的控制方法,造成了严重的且频率移动的分频谐波污染;对该现象产生的机理进了定性分析,并得到了实际工程测试数据的验证;为今后该类设备电能质量治理工程的设计、实施提供了有益的借鉴。
