静电布袋复合除尘器在转炉一次除尘系统的应用

摘要

静电布袋复合除尘是基于静电除尘和布袋除尘两种成熟的除尘理论而提出的一种新型的除尘技术。它结合了静电除尘器和布袋除尘器的优点，将其应用于转炉一次除尘系统能够实现处理后的转炉煤气含尘量≤10 mg/m3，除尘系统运行可靠，减少投资费用和占地面积，并对超细颗粒(如PM2.5)有较好的捕集效果，在新建和改造的转炉一次除尘项目中具有良好的应用前景。%Electrostatic-bag composite dust collector is of new dust removal technology based on and having the advantages of the two mature dedusting theories of electrostatic pre-cipitators and bag filters. After the technology was applied in the BOF primary flue dust, the dust content in treated converter gas was ≤10 mg/m3, the dedusting system operated reliably, investment cost and land occupation were reduced and ultrafine particles (such as PM2.5) were better trapped. The technology bears bright application prospect in both newly-constructed and reconstructed BOF primary dedusting projects.
