汽轮发电机组励磁机整流器故障分析及维护措施

摘要

针对无刷励磁机受焦粉的影响出现接地短路的问题，结合通过分析设备结构组成，提出了运行中需要监测调整的温度及绝缘参数，通过采取绝缘维护及定期除尘等措施，保证无刷励磁机的正常运行调整及维护的方法。%Affected by fine coke, the brushless exciter suffered the problem of grounding short circuit. Through analysis of the equipment structure and configuration, temperature and insulation parameters requiring monitoring and regulation during operation were put forward;and through taking measures such as insulation maintenance and regular dust removal, normal operative regulation and maintenance of the brushless exciter were ensured.
