盐酸再生系统文丘里预浓缩器压降升高问题分析

摘要

The basic flow of hydrochloric acid regenerating process (ARP) was mainly described, based on which the problem of rising pressure drop in the Venturi Preconcentrator of a ARP system was analyzed. Various possibilities causing the problem were discussed, the ultimate cause was finally pinpointed and solution was accordingly drawn up.%主要针对盐酸再生工艺的基本流程做了阐述，在此基础上对某盐酸再生站文丘里预浓缩器所出现的压降升高问题进行分析，讨论出现该现象的各种可能性，并通过筛选得到最终原因，从而获得针对该问题的处理方案。
