燃气热电联供机组动态模型及仿真

         

摘要

依据基本的质量平衡和能量平衡原理,分析了燃气燃烧、锅炉蓄热、过热器差压、汽轮机动态的特点,并针对机组压力、发电功率,建立机组在较大范围变工况运行下简化的非线性动态模型。模型采用机组稳定运行工况点的数据确定静态参数,利用汽轮机调门开度扰动和燃料量扰动实验确定动态参数。在确定武钢集团热能电站热电联产机组动态仿真模型后,采用Simulink平台对该机组进行动态仿真。结果显示,该模型可对武钢热电联产机组变负荷动态进行较为准确的预报,误差控制在依10%以内,简单实用,具有良好的工程应用性。%Based on the principle of mass and energy balance, the gas combustion, boil-er heat storage, differential pressure of superheater and dynamic characteristic of turbine were analyzed; and with respect to the parameters including pressure and output power of the unit, a simplified nonlinear dynamic model capable of simulating actual operational state in widely variable working conditions was established. The model uses the data at stable operation points to determine the static parameters and the data from turbine disturbance and fuel flow disturbance experiments to determine the dynamic parameters. Once the dynamic model for the co-generation units of WISCO thermal plant was established, Simulink platform was adopted to dynamically simulate the unit. Results showed that the model is both simple and practical and can comparatively accurately predict the load-varying dynamics of the units with an error less than 10%, and all evidence shows the model has good engineering applica-bility.
