Combining with field work experience, the use and maintenance of home-made sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) recovery device are summarized. Opinions and sugges-tions are mainly presented on operative maintenance and type selection of the recovery device and vacuum pump.%结合现场实际工作经验,对国产六氟化硫(SF6)回收装置的使用及维护进行了总结,重点对回收装置及真空泵的操作维护及选型提出了意见与建议.
