This article analyzes the causes of residual burrs on the slab and puts forward the blade improvement. As the result the residual burrs disappear from the slab, the hot-rolled strip quality is improved and the blade service life is longer.%分析了连铸坯毛刺残留严重的原因，通过去毛刺机刀头的改进，消除了毛刺残留现象，提高了热轧钢板的质量，同时还延长了刀头的使用寿命。
