转炉气体在线分析——飞行时间质谱的应用

     

摘要

An on-line gas analysis system based on the time-of-flight mass spectrometer has applied to a 60-ton converter for automatically monitoring steel-making process at Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. in China. The working principle and performance characteristic of the time-of-flight mass spectrometer have been introduced in this paper. The construction, installation layout and the connections with other production equipments of the converter and the performance realized in situ of the on-line gas analysis system have also been presented.From the data of large number of the melting processes of the converter, the relativity between the melting curve based on gas analysis results obtained by the above mentioned analysis system and the production process of the converter was analyzed. It has been shown that the on-line gas analysis system can play a great role in dynamic control of steel-making process thanks to its versatile capabilities, such as timely alarm of water-leak of oxygen lance, slopping prediction, re-blowing times decreasing and the shooting rate improving of the end point determination, especially for small converters in which case using sub-lance is impossible.%飞行时间质谱在线气体分析系统被用于中国莱芜钢铁股份有限公司的一座60吨转炉,进行炼钢过程自动监测.本文介绍了飞行时间质谱的工作原理和性能特点,也描述了该在线气体分析系统的组成、安装布局、与其它转炉生产设备的衔接以及在现场达到的性能指标.通过大量转炉冶炼过程数据,分析了由上述系统得到的、基于气体分析结果的"冶炼曲线"与转炉生产工艺的相关性.应用结果表明:这种在线气体分析系统能够及时预警氧枪漏水、预报喷溅、降低补吹次数和提高转炉生产的终点命中率,它将在炼钢生产,特别是无法使用副枪技术的中小型转炉的工艺动态控制中发挥重要作用.
