采用金属原位统计分布分析技术对直径为650mm的35号钢连铸圆坯横截面不同径向区域进行研究,发现经过电磁搅拌工艺所得的铸坯存在明显的负偏析带,对应的低倍组织显示为白亮带.白亮带两侧的成分分布有明显的差别,同时圆坯中心仍存在较为明显的中心疏松和偏析,导致芯部区域的致密度明显小于其它区域.此外,研究发现夹杂铝和硫化物在圆坯中心发生了明显的富集.%Metal original position statistic distribution analysis technique was employed to analyze the different radial areas in steel 35 round billet (φ 650 mm) cross section. An obvious negative segregation band was found in the round billet after being treated with electromagnetic stirring technique. In macroscopic examination, the band was shown as a white band with composition distribution which was apparently different on both sides. Meanwhile, there was obvious central porosity and segregation in the center of the round billet, as well, which led to a lower density than that in other areas. Besides, the inclusions of aluminum and sulfide also tended to concentrate in the central area of the round billet.
