金属材料失效引发重大事故案例数据库的设计与建设

摘要

金属材料的失效容易引发灾难事故和重大经济损失.而此类事故的技术分析过程复杂,对人员素质要求高.本文建设了以事故失效分析过程和原因分析为主要内容的案例数据库,并可通过网络实现案例的访问、检索和下载等.该案例库可为新发事故的技术分析和处理处置提供很好的借鉴.%Failure of metal materials always leads to disaster accidents and major economic loss. Failure analysis of the accidents is a complicated process which has high requirement on the workers. In this paper, a case database was established mainly based on the failure analysis process and cause analysis, which can be accessed, searched and downloaded via the internet. This database will be useful for the failure analysis and disposal of new accidents.
