生产工艺对TC4钛合金丝硬度和抗拉强度影响

     

摘要

Work hardening of TC4 titanium alloy wire is fast when drawing. Diameter 6.50 mm TC4 titanium alloy wire rod is drawn to diameter 2. 70 mm by adopting 13 passes and 9 passes separately, heating process parameters is constant in drawing. The hardness is 317 ~ 344 HV, tensile strength is 1 066 ~ 1 091 MPa after titanium alloy wire is drawn with two process, tensile strength doesn' t follow steel wire drawing empirical formula. The difference of diameter 2.70 mm titanium alloy wire hardness and tensile strength under two process drawn is small. Because titanium alloy wire is annealing treated in drawing process, work hardening produced in drawing process is eliminated fully or partly, so the tensile strength and hardness of titanium alloy wire can't be increased as the way of increasing the mechanical properties of quality carbon constructional steel wire.%TC4钛合金丝拉拔时加工硬化较快.在同一台拉丝机上,分别采用13道次和9道次将Φ6.50 mm TC4钛合金盘条拉拔至Φ2.70 mm,拉拔过程中加热工艺参数不变.2种工艺拉拔后,合金丝硬度在317~344 HV,抗拉强度在1066 ~1091 MPa,抗拉强度不遵循钢丝拉拔经验公式.2种拉拔工艺下的Φ2.70 mm合金丝硬度和抗拉强度相差不大.由于拉拔过程中对钛合金丝进行了退火处理,拉拔过程中产生的加工硬化被完全或部分消除,因此,不能用提高优质碳素结构钢丝力学性能的方式来提高钛合金丝的抗拉强度和硬度.
