全模拉拔Z形钢丝生产工艺探讨

     

摘要

To adopt diameter 11.0 mm and 12.5 mm 82B wire rod,shaped wire of tensile strength no less than 1 770 MPa was produced through the way of increasing wire rod surface phosphating film depth,changing drawn process and wire drawing die sizing zone length.The steel wire properties produced with two drawing process are compared,production process of more suitable Z-shape steel wire is discussed,each link process parameters are given,and the matters needing attention in production are put forward.%采用Φ11.0 mm和Φ12.5 mm 82B盘条,通过增加盘条表面磷化膜厚度,改变拉拔工艺和拉丝模定径带长度等方法,生产出抗拉强度不低于1 770 MPa的异型钢丝.对比两种拉拔工艺生产的钢丝性能,探讨出更加适合Z形钢丝的生产工艺,给出各个环节工艺参数,并提出生产中的注意事项.
