高碳钢丝冷拉后强度提高,当抗拉强度提高到一定程度时钢丝可能会发生分层现象.采用扭转试验判断高碳冷拉钢丝分层程度,分析扭转次数、断口形貌和扭矩-扭角曲线作为钢丝分层检测方法的适用性及主要的影响因素,提出采用正反向扭转法来检测钢丝的分层,该方法正向扭转钢丝N次,再反向扭转至断裂,如果正向扭转次数对反向扭转次数有明显的影响,表明钢丝已经分层.%High carbon steel wire strength increases after cold drawn,when the tensile strength increased to a certain degree,steel wire stratification could occur.Adopting torsion test to judge high carbon cold drawn steel wire delamination degree,to analyze the feasibility taking torsion times,fracture morphology,torque torsion angle curve as delamination detection method and the main influence factors,adopting forward and reverse torsion method to detect steel wire delamination was put forward,the method is twisting wire N times,in one direction then reverse twist to rupture,if the forward torsion times has distinct effect on the reverse torsion times,show that wire has been delamination.
