储运箱质心调节吊具的研制

摘要

针对传统储运箱吊具品种多、占地空间大、劳动强度高、工作效率低等问题,设计一种工作效率高、占地面积小、劳动强度低的通用型吊具.该吊具主要由梁体、配重块移动装置、滑轨、可移动吊耳、轴头挡板、吊耳移动装置、吊钩索具等部件组成.其吊点可移、配重可移结构克服了传统吊具存在的问题,不仅使储运箱吊运安全平稳,而且大大降低了工人劳动强度,提高了工作效率.%Aiming at the traditional sling for storage box many variety and occupies a large space,high labor intensity,low efficiency problem and so on,design a high efficiency,small size,low labor intensity and versatile sling.The sling is mainly composed of the beam and the counterweight moving device,slide,movable lug,head baffle,lug moving device,hook rigging and other components.Lifting points can be moved,weights can shift structure to overcome the traditional problems of sling not only enables storage box-lifting safety and greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,improving working efficiency.
