There are many problems that Chinese enterprises need to study in order to make the muhilayer steel strand anti rotation wire rope with the same breaking tensile level as European enterprises.To improve the filling coefficient as an important technical idea to improve the breaking tension of wire rope;Considering the complexity of steel wire in the rope,it is necessary to study the test method to improve the comprehensive performance of steel wire;Pay attention to the existence of diameter compression coefficient in the process of twisting wire rope;According to the test result of breaking tension of wire rope,the design of strand and rope should be optimized continuously;Pay attention to the influence of twisting method on breaking force of wire rope;pay attention to the stress uniformity of rope group and try to reduce the contact stress between wires in strands;Strengthen single strand compact dimension precision control in the production process;Study on improving the comprehensive performance of steel wire for compact strand wire rope production;To analyze of foreign technical standards and wire rope material,pay attention to the rope pre deformation and pre deformation degree master;pay attention to wire rope breaking tension test and specimen preparation.%国内目前制造比肩欧洲企业破断拉力水准的多层压实股抗旋转钢丝绳需要研究问题很多.要将提高填充系数作为提高钢丝绳破断拉力的重要技术思路;考虑到钢丝在绳中受力的复杂性,应研究提高钢丝综合性能的试验方法;重视合绳过程中直径压缩系数的存在;根据钢丝绳破断拉力试验观察结果不断优化股、绳设计;注意捻法对钢丝绳破断拉力的影响;关注提高组绳股受力均匀性与设法减小层股钢丝间接触应力;加强压实股生产过程中股尺寸精度控制;研究提高压实股生产用钢丝综合性能;分析国外技术标准与钢丝绳实物,慎重对待合绳预变形以及对预变形度的掌握;重视钢丝绳破断拉力试验与试样制备.
