制红霉素废渣吸附水中pb2+的试验研究

     

摘要

以某制药公司制红霉素废渣为生物吸附材料,对模拟含Pb2+废水进行了吸附试验,并进行了吸附过程热力学分析.结果表明:氢氧化钠改性可明显提高制红霉素废渣的吸附能力;用经氢氧化钠改性的制红霉素废渣处理初始浓度为11.8 mg/L的模拟含pb2废水的适宜条件为室温、溶液pH =3.5、吸附时间15 min、废渣用量2g/L; Langmuir等温方程可以很好地描述制红霉素废渣对pb2的吸附行为.%The erythromycin pharmaceutical waste residues discharged from one pharmaceutical company was used as a biosorbent to simulate the absorption tests of Pb2+. And the thermodynamic analysis on the adsorption process was carried out The results showed that the modification of sodium hydroxide significantly improved the adsorption capacity of the e-rythromycin waste residues; The erythromycin waste residues modified by sodium hydroxide was used to treat the Pb2+ wastewater with the initial concentration of 11. 8 mg/L, obtaining the appropriate conditions are solution pH = 3. 5, adsorption time 15 min and the dosage of residues 2 g/L at room temperature. Langmuir isotherm equation can well describe the adsorption behavior of erythromycin residues to Pb2+.
