矿山运输系统可靠性的熵权法模糊综合评判

         

摘要

Mining transport system is one of the most important production links in open-pit mining proeess. Based on its deep investigation and research, the fuzzy mathematical thought is adopted to make the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the reliability of mine transport system, establish the evaluation system, and analyze the status of mine transportation system reliability and the prablems or insufficiency. It can provide corresponding measures to further improve the reliability of transport system. In the process of judgment,the concept of information entropy is introduced. Comparing with the original methad of determining weight by expertsexperience, the comprehensive entropy-weight method makes it more objective and scientific. Thus, the loss of information can be reduced in judgment process and the integrity of the original message ensured.%矿山运输系统是露天矿开采工艺中非常重要的生产环节.在深入调查研究基础上,运用模糊数学思想对运输系统可靠性进行模糊综合评判,建立评判因素体系,分析运输系统当前可靠性状况及其中存在的问题和不足,进而为管理人员采取相应措施提供建议,为提高运输系统可靠性提供保障.在评判过程中,引入信息熵的概念,在原有采用专家经验法确定权重的基础上,综合运用熵权法使权重确定更具客观性和科学性,减少评判过程中的信息流失,保证了原始信息的完整性.
