某高铁锰矿煤基直接还原—磁选试验研究

     

摘要

针对某高铁锰矿矿石特性,采用无烟煤作还原剂进行了煤基直接还原—磁选工艺研究.研究表明,锰矿中49.53%的锰与铁氧化物紧密共生,在还原焙烧过程中铁氧化物还原成金属铁,MnO2还原成MnO,再利用金属铁与MnO之间的磁性差异可有效地实现铁锰分离.在还原温度1 100℃,还原时间100 min的条件下,可以得到含锰63.05%和含铁5.82%的非磁性物,锰的回收率为78.47%;同时磁性物铁品位达56.30%,铁回收率为86.20%.%Based on the research on a certain high-iron manganese ore properties, a process in which anthracite coal was the reducing agent for coal-based direct reduction and magnetic separation of the ore was studied. The results show that 49. 53% of the total manganese is closely associated with iron oxide which was reduced to the metal iron leading to the aggregation and growth and MnO was formed in the process. Therefore, it is an efficient method for the separation of MnO and iron for their magnetic difference. Under the optimize conditions of reduction temperatures (1 100 °C ) and duration (100 min) ,the manganese grade was 63. 05% and the content of the iron was only 5. 82% in the non-magnetic products in which the recovery of manganese was 78. 47% while the iron grade was 56. 30% in the magnetic products,and the recovery of iron was 86.20%.
