矿山安全三维仿真平台的设计与实现

     

摘要

针对目前矿山安全监测系统存在的结构分散、数据孤立、缺乏统一管理平台等问题,采用VRGIS技术设计了一种矿山安全三维仿真平台总体框架,分析了多源数据融合、三维仿真引擎和工况实时模拟3项关键技术方案,开发出面向矿山生产过程的综合三维监控与仿真平台。应用试验表明,该平台实现了对矿山生产环境、设备运行状态和生产作业过程的实时动态监管,同时可模拟矿山灾害演化过程,仿真灾害救援预案,实施矿山应急演练和安全教育培训,为矿山安全监管提供了有效的数字化平台。%In order to resolve problems existing in mine safety monitoring system,such as decentralized structure,isolated data and lack of unified management platform,an architecture of 3D simulation platform constructed by VRGIS has been de-signed,and three core technology solutions about multi-source data fusion,3D simulating engine,and real-time working condi-tion simulation have been analyzed. Finally a 3D supervision and simulation platform for mine production process has been de-veloped. Experiments show that the platform can realize the real-time and dynamic supervision of mine production environment, running state of the equipment and production process. Meanwhile,it could simulate the evolution of mine disaster and the res-cuing process,also can carry on emergency drilling and safety education and training. The platform provides an effective digital platform for the mine safety supervision.
