考虑回采巷道尺寸影响的铲运设备选型

         

摘要

In consideration of the effect of the size of the mining roadway in the selection of scraper,the tunnel size under different scheme has been determined.After that,the support pattern has preliminarily selected based on the Q classification theory,and then the numerical model was established to simulate the stress distribution and safety factor of stope.The minimum value of the maximum principal stress,the minimum principal stress and safety factor of the stope under the five schemes are selected,combined with the efficiency of the scraper and the support cost formed the evaluation index system,and a fuzzy matter-element analysis model for the optimization of scraping equipment was established.The weight value of the index was calculated by the coefficient of variation,finally,the correlation degrees of the five schemes were respectively 0.836 1,0.820 9,0.759 6,0.863 2,0.839 4.According to the principle of maximal correlation,the scheme D (with bucket capacity 5 m3) was determined as the best equipment.The results show it is more in line with mine production practice to consider the size of mining roadway in the selection of scraper,and it is feasible to use fuzzy matter-element analysis model to select the scraper.%在铲运设备选型中,为了考虑回采巷道尺寸的影响,确定不同方案的巷道尺寸后,根据Q分级理论初步选择支护方式,建立数值模型模拟分析采场应力分布情况和安全系数.选取5种方案下采场的最大主应力、最小主应力、安全系数的最小值、铲运机的出矿台班效率和支护费用构成评价指标体系,建立铲运设备优选的模糊物元分析模型,采用变异系数法求取各评价指标的权重系数,最后得出5种方案的关联度分别为0.836 1,0.820 9,0.759 6,0.8632,0.839 4,按最大关联度原则,确定方案D(斗容为5 m3)为最优的铲运设备.评价结果表明:在铲运设备选型中考虑回采巷道尺寸是更加符合矿山生产实际的,同时运用模糊物元分析模型来进行铲运设备选型是可行的.
