恒温恒湿实验室铺设相似模型适宜温湿度值设定方法

     

摘要

Similar material simulation method is an important method to study rock strata movement in mining area.Taking into account that the temperature and humidity will affect the similarity between the prototype and the models,in order to reduce the influence of temperature and humidity on the simulation results of similar material simulation and improve the reliability of the model results,it is suggested that modeling is arranged at constant temperature and humidity laboratory.But how to set up the appropriate temperature and humidity is an urgent problem to be solved.According to the experiment of similar material,the strength characteristics time-varying of similar material are revealed.On this basis,four schemes with different temperature and humidity were given.The effect of temperature and humidity on the moisture content of the specimen was further explored in constant temperature and humidity laboratory.Research shows:Temperature and humidity will affect the moisture content of similar material,and then affect the change rate of the strength of similar materials,the strength variation of the similar material model can be slowed by setting the appropriate temperature and humidity values to improve the similarity between the model and the prototype.And on the basis of the above research results,the suitable temperature and humidity value setting process in constant temperature and humidity laboratory were proposed.Research results have theoretical and practical significance to promote the constant temperature and constant humidity laboratory construction,improve the similar material simulation results.%相似材料模拟是矿业领域研究岩层移动重要的手段.考虑到温度及湿度会影响原型与模型的相似度,故为了降低温湿度对相似材料模拟结果的影响,提高模型结果的可靠性,建议在恒温恒湿实验室铺设.但是如何设置合适的温湿度值是一个亟待解决的问题.首先根据相似材料试件试验揭示了相似材料的强度时变特征,在此基础上,设计出4种温湿度试验环境方案,基于恒温恒湿实验室进一步探索了温湿度对试件含水率的影响.研究表明:温度和湿度会影响相似材料含水率,进而影响相似材料强度的变化率,可通过设置合适的温湿度值来减缓相似材料模型的强度变化,从而提高模型与原型的相似.在上述研究成果的基础上,提出了恒温恒湿实验室铺设相似材料模型适宜温湿度值设置流程.研究成果对于促进恒温恒湿实验室建设、提高相似材料模拟结果具有理论与实践意义.
