恒温恒湿实验室的温湿度稳定性研究∗

     

摘要

Two temperature and humidity sensors were used to monitor temperature and humidity in four seasons, spring, summer, autumn and winter respectively for inner room and outhouse of constant temperature and humidity laboratory in order to determine the stability of the constant temperature and humidity laboratory temperature and humidity. The results showed that after opening the control of constant temperature and humidity laboratory, temperature and humidity were required after a certain period of time to adjust to stable. Temperature fluctuations were within 0. 2 ℃, within the index range of the equipment ( ±1 ℃) , but temperature of inner room and outhouse had obvious difference of about 0. 25 ℃. Relatively humidity fluctuations were significantly larger within the index of ±2%. However, humidity of inner room and outhouse had obvious difference of about 5%. Personnel activities which effected especially significantly in winter will damage the"steady state" of laboratory and the temperature and humidity in a period of time to adjust to stable again.%为了确定恒温恒湿实验室中温湿度的稳定性,利用两个温湿度传感器在春、夏、秋、冬四个季节分别对恒温恒湿实验室里外屋进行温湿度监控。结果显示开启恒温恒湿实验室温湿度控制后,室内温度、湿度均需经过一定时间的调整才能达到“相对稳定”的状态。温度波动均在设备指标范围内(±1℃),温度波动较小,在0.2℃以内,但里外两间实验室的温度有明显差异,约在0.25℃左右。而相对湿度的波动较大,但均满足±2%的指标,里外两间实验室的湿度有明显差异约在5%左右。另外,室内人员活动对温湿度的影响在冬季尤其显著,每次均会破坏屋内既有的“稳态”而使温湿度进入一段时间的“调节期”后才能再次稳定。
