空场人工点柱替换原生矿柱回采技术及工艺

     

摘要

针对采用空场法开采的矿山采空区内原生矿柱回采技术难题,采用人工矿柱替换原生矿柱的残矿资源回收方案.其实现方法是:通过对原生矿柱开采前的空区稳定性数值模拟分析,反演空区允许的极限暴露面积,据此作为人工点柱布置和参数计算依据.为保证人工矿柱的稳定性,对倾斜底板进行台阶削平处理,并以三角形结构布置底座钢筋.采用井下废石砌筑人工点柱外墙,利用矿山已有的全尾砂胶结充填系统充填点柱内芯,待充填体沉缩凝固形成一定强度后,再以预制楔形体结合混凝土泵送充填联合接顶的工艺充填接顶,确保人工点柱的强度及有效接顶.%Aiming at the difficulties in exploring the original ore pillar in mined-out area caused by the open stope mining method,the artificial pillars instead of original ore pillar are adopted to recover the remnant ore resources.That is:the numerical simulation analysis on space stability before mining ore pillar is carried out to reverse the ultimate exposure area allowed by the mined-out area.It is considered as the basis for the arrangement of artificial points and the calculation of parameters.In order to ensure the stability of the artificial pillar,the sloping floor is flattened into a horizontal bench,and embeds the base steel bar with triangular structure.The exterior wall of artificial pillar is piled with underground rocks,and then the present total tailing cementing filling system of mine is used to fill the pillar core.Ater the solidification of the cemented filling body to form a certain strength,the combination of the prefabricated wedge with the concrete pump to fill the joint is adopted to ensure the strength and effective roof contact of the artificial point pillar.
