In order to explore a new way to efficiently utilize copper slag,the process for preparingmicroelectrolysis filler was studied,with the water quenched copper slag fromguixi smelting plant and the anthracite from Shandong as rawmaterials. Then,the process conditions for treating the simulatedmethyl orange wastewater were investigated.The results showed that themicroelectrolysis filler prepared under the conditions ofmass ratio of anthracite and copper slag 25%,roasting temperature at 1 150 ℃ for 60min had agood removal effect on treatment of the simulatedmethyl orange wastewater:400mLmethyl orange simulated wastewater with concentration of 100mg/L can be treated by 2.0g ofmicroelectrolysis filler withgrinding fineness of 0.1mm at initial pH value ranging from 2 to 10,and 95%methyl orange were removed after treating for 10min.%为了探索高效利用铜渣的新途径,以贵溪冶炼厂的水淬铜渣和山东某无烟煤为原料,进行了制备微电解填料的工艺条件研究,并对其处理甲基橙模拟废水的工艺条件进行了研究.结果表明,在无烟煤与铜渣质量比为25%,焙烧温度为1150℃,焙烧时间为60min条件下制备的微填料对甲基橙模拟废水具有较好的去除效果:碎磨至-0.1mm的2.0g填料处理浓度为100mg/L、体积为400mL的甲基橙模拟废水,在初始pH=2~10的情况下处理10min,甲基橙的去除率均在95%以上.
