液压打饼机横梁结构的有限元分析与改进

             

摘要

Beam component of hydraulic cake stamping press was taken as research object, intension of the beam component was deeply analyzed by means of finite element analysis. The result showed that the beam component had large deformation and high stress under the function of load if original scheme was adopted, which could not meet the design requirement. A few reasonable intensifying schemes was put forward and an optimum scheme was found on the basis of deep analysed the original plan, tension and deformation of the beam component was kept within an acceptable range.%以液压打饼机的横梁结构为研究对象,利用有限元分析的方法,对横梁结构的强度进行了分析。从分析结果看,原方案在载荷作用下变形较大、应力较高,达不到设计的要求。在原方案的基础上提出了几个合理的加强方案,分析后找出最佳方案,使横梁结构的结构强度和变形均在可接受范围内。
