芳纶纤维纬编立体针织结构复合材料的编织与成型

W eaving mo lds and techno logy o f the three‐ d im ensional mo ld ing aram id fibe r knitted fabric we re designed , and the fibe r knitted fabric was repeated ly tested in a hand knitting m achine acco rd ing to the techno logy to de term ine the op tim al weaving pro cess. The three‐ d im ensional knitted fabric mode ls we re weaved in the fie lds o f aviation, aero space , and civil use w ith aram id fibe rs .Three‐ d im ensionalmo ld ing knitted fibe r compo sites we re m ade by hand . The preparation m e thod and pro cess we re introduced , and the products we re d isp layed .%设计立体成型芳纶纤维针织物的编织模型和工艺，并在手摇横机上进行多次试织，确定了最佳编织工艺。采用芳纶纤维编织用于航空、航天及民用等领域的立体针织物模型，用手糊法制作立体成型芳纶纤维针织结构复合材料，介绍了制备方法及工艺，并进行了产品展示。
