浙江省医学院校大学生创业能力现状与培养研究

摘要

目的:了解和研究医学院校大学生的创业能力,并探讨其培养途径.方法:采用问卷调查法,对浙江省5所医学院校1365名学生进行创业能力调查.结果:医学院校大学生的创业能力总体水平不高；男生的创业能力明显强于女生；其能力受学校、年级、专业、生源地影响不大；不同家庭背景对创业能力中的“创新意识与创造力”影响较大.结论:培养医学院校大学生创业能力,应从多方面入手才能产生更好的效果.%Objective: To study medical colleges students' enterprise ability, and explore the way to cultivate medical colleges students' enterprise ability. Method: Investigated 1365 students by questionnaire method in 5 medical colleges in Zhejiang province. Result: The overall level of medical colleges students' enterprise ability was not high. There is a signficant difference in gender, not in school, grade, major and source places. Male's enterprise ability was better than female's. Different family background brought greater effect on innovative consciousness and creativity. Conclusion: We should cultivate medical colleges students' enterprise ability in many ways.
