Objective: To explore psychosocial factors on the combined effects of Internet addiction and provide a reference for the Internet addiction intervention. Methods: 1287 middle school students were administrated by internet use questionnaire, strengths and difficulties questionnaire (Kids), Adolescent Quality of Life Questionnaire, Self-Rating Depression Scale and self-rating anxiety scale. Data were analysed by structural equation model technique. Results: The Internet addicts were 186(14.4%); boys tended to be internet addicts than girls (x'= 14.75, P< 0.001); attention deficit/hyperactivity, anxiety and depression had both direct and indirect effects on internet addiction; only conduct disorder had a direct impact on Internet addiction; emotional disorder, peer problems, pro-social behavior had an indirect effect on internet addiction by quality of life; and pro-social behavior had a negative effect on Internet addiction. Conclusion: Internet addiction in middle school student is related to several psychosocial factors.%目的:探索社会心理因素对网络成瘾的综合影响,为网络成瘾干预提供参考.方法:采用网络使用评价问卷、长处与困难量表、青少年生活质量问卷、抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表对1287名中学生进行调查,运用结构方程技术对网络成瘾的影响因素进行路径分析.结果:网络成瘾者检出率为14.4%;男生在网络成瘾方面明显高于女生(x2=14.75,P<0.001);多动注意力缺陷、抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪对网络成瘾有直接与间接影响;品行障碍只对网络成瘾有直接影响;情绪障碍、同伴问题、亲社会行为则通过青少年生活质量对网络成瘾有间接影响,其中亲社会行为对网络成瘾起负向作用.结论:中学生网络成瘾与多个社会心理因素相关.
