和谐医患关系多维分析

摘要

目前我国医患关系紧张,其主要原因是医院补偿机制缺失,医疗资源分布不均,医患沟通渠道不畅,媒体报道有失公正.为解决这种现状,应加强政府监管,完善医院各项规章制度,加强医德医风建设,坚持院务公开,引导舆论正面宣传等,从而构建和谐的医患关系.%It is very tension relationship between doctors and patients in our country, mainly due to the lack of hospital compensation mechanism, the uneven distribution of medical resources, poor communication channels, unfair media reports, to settle the problems, the government should strengthen supervision and improve the hospital rules and regulations, strengthen medical ethics, insist opening hospital affairs, and guide positive publicity, so as to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
