Objective: To discuss the value of applying total talent index to test and appraisement of medical talents. Methods: This paper discussed the hypothetical data in the first place and then selected the data of staff with vice-senior professional title from two hospitals in Tianjin, at last an analysis was carried out by applying total talent index. Results: Total talent index can work out the problems that percentage index can't solve. Conclusion: In the group test and appraisement, percentage index can be measured, but it can't make a comparison As a result. the information obtaining through total talent index is more complete and accurate.%目的:探讨总和人才指标在医学人才群体测评中的应用价值.方法:虚拟资料讨论,再选取2010年天津市两家医院副高级职称人员资料,通过总和人才指标进行分析.结果:总和人才指标能解决百分比指标所不能解决的问题.结论:在群体测评中,百分比指标可以测量,但不可对比;利用总和人才指标反映的信息更全面准确.
