杭州某医院慢性老年精神分裂症患者临床症状和生活质量调查

Objective: To investigate the current clinical condition on psychotic symptoms and life quality in chronic elderly schizophrenic of patients. Methods: 36 chronic elderly schizophrenic outpatients, 40 chronic elderly schizophrenic inpatients were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS), Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale (SQLS) in Hangzhou. Results: The negative and the general psychopat-hology scale score in outpatients were significantly lower than that inpatients( t=7.47、4.70, P＜0.05); the motivation and energy and symptoms and side-effects scale score in outpatients were significantly lower than that inpatients( t=9.36、4.55, P＜0.05).Conclusion: Strengthening the abilit-ation training for chronic elderly schizophrenic patients, improving life quality and return to society were required.%目的:调查慢性老年精神分裂症患者的临床症状和生活质量现况,为临床治疗和改善患者生活质量提供依据.方法:对杭州某医院36例门诊、40例住院慢性老年精神分裂症患者使用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS),以及一般情况调查表进行评定,并进行比较分析.结果:门诊组患者阴性症状量表及一般精神病理量表得分明显低于住院组患者(t=7.47、4.70,P＜0.05),门诊组患者动力和精力量表分、症状和副作用量表得分明显低于住院组患者(t=9.36、4.55,P＜0.05).结论:应加强慢性老年精神分裂症患者的康复训练,以改善生活质量,促进早日回归社会.
