Health website is an important channel of access to health information. User-oriented interactive information service is the development trend of information services. The status of degree, manner and activity of interactive information services of health websites in China were investigated. Exploring problems and solutions expected to enhance the user experience and be helpful to the development of health website.%健康类网站是用户获取健康信息的重要渠道,面向用户的交互式信息服务是信息服务的发展趋势.调查我国健康类网站交互式信息服务现状,主要是交互程度、交互方式、交互活跃度3个方面的状况,探讨存在的问题及对策,期望增强用户体验并对健康类网站的发展有所帮助.
