基于德尔菲法的临床学院研究生导师评价指标体系初探

     

摘要

Objective: To build an evaluation system on mentors in clinical graduate school. Methods: Based on literature research, research selected measures by delphi method and determined the weight by precedence diagram method, then described how to use it. Results: The evaluation system includes thirty-five measures; four first level measures, nine second level measures and twenty-nine third measures; the weight of moral is 31.67%, the weight of teaching is 28.67%, the weight of research is 21.67% and the weight of leadership is 18%. Conclusion: The system paid attention to the guiding role of the evaluation and showed the quality of postgraduate education connotation, the specialty of clinical graduate education and competency of human resource management.%目的:研究临床学院研究生导师的评价指标体系.方法:在文献研究的基础上,采用德尔斐法确定各项评价指标及其权重,并阐述了指标的使用方法.结果:临床学院研究生导师的评价指标体系包括4个一级指标、9个二级指标、29个三级指标,其中一级指标教学能力、科研能力、团队领导能力和思想道德品质的权重分别是28.67%、21.67%、18.00%和31.67%.结论:该评价指标体系注重评价的导向作用,充分体现了研究生教育质量的内涵,体现了临床学院研究生的培养特色及人力资源中的“胜任特征”理念.
