四川省某医学院校健康教育对银屑病患者相关知识认知和心理状态的影响

     

摘要

目的:对银屑病患者实施系统化健康教育,提高患者对银屑病相关知识认知,改善心理状态,提高生活质量.方法:随机将106名银屑病患者分为试验组和对照组.二组患者人院24h内分别评估对银屑病相关知识认知和心理状态.对照组进行常规治疗,试验组除常规治疗外还实施健康教育,二组患者于出院后3个月再次评估并进行对比.结果:通过实施健康教育,两组患者对银屑病相关知识认知和心理状态具有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论:健康教育能提高患者对银屑病相关知识的认知,并明显改善患者的心理状态.%Objective; To educate psoriasis patients with the systematic health, and improve the cognition of patients on psoriasis梤elated knowledge,so as to improve the patients' psychological state and their quality of life. Methods: 106 patients with psoriasis were divided into experimental and control groups at random. After they admitted to hospital within 24h,the cognitive knowledge of psoriasis and psychological state were assessed. After conventional treatment in the control group, the patients in the experimental group at the same time were implemented on health education. The patients in both groups were assessed and compared 3 months later after discharge. Results; By the implementation of health education,there is a significant difference(P<0.01) ,in the psychological state of the patients,the cognition of psoriasis-related knowledge and the psychological state between the two groups. Conclusion: Health education can improve the cognition of patients with psoriasis-related knowledge, and improve the psychological state of patients with psoriasis.
