医务人员的职业压力状况分析

摘要

医务人员的压力问题日渐引起社会的关注.通过医务人员的压力现状,了解压力源的基础上,从医务人员自身、医院管理者、政府及社会层面4个方面着手,提出有效缓解医务人员压力的对策,改善其身心健康,进一步提高医疗水平,为我国新医改政策制定提供人性化的参考.%Stress of the medical staff caused by growing attention of the society. Based on the analysis of the stressors, we focused on four aspects, including their own from the medical staff, hospital administrators, the government and the society, then put forward some effective countermeasures to relieve their stress. It should be beneficial to improve the health of body and mind, and lo further improve the level of medical treatment.
