基于扎根理论的成都市艾滋病干预效果影响因素分析

摘要

目的:探讨成都市男男性行为人群艾滋病干预效果影响因素.方法:采用立意抽样的方法,对成都市既往接受过艾滋病干预活动的10名男男性行为人群进行个人深入访谈.依照扎根理论的操作程序对转录资料进行3级编码,并利用MaxQDA 2007软件辅助转录资料的整理、编码及撰写备忘录.结果:通过开放式编码,抽象出影响成都市男男性行为人群艾滋病干预效果的39个概念和9个范畴,其中认知情况、艾滋病相关服务情况、心理因素和对服务的顾虑属于最为关键的核心影响因素.轴式编码将影响因素范畴化为个人因素、群体因素和社会因素3个层面,最终通过核心编码构建出整体理论框架.结论:在今后的男男性行为人群艾滋病干预活动中,还需要从个人、群体和社会3个层次入手,提高该人群对艾滋病的正确认知、提高艾滋病相关服务质量并降低其对服务的顾虑,强化人群心理健康,切实提高男男性行为人群艾滋病防治工作质量.%Objective: To explore effect factors on HIV intervention among MSM in Chengdu city. Methods: Adopt purposive sampling method to recruit 10 MSM, who has received HIV intervention. Data was collected by individual in-depth interviews. According to Grounded Theory, do three-rank-coding with the data aided by MaxQDA 2007 version. Results: After open coding, 39 concept and 9 categories was generalized, in which cognition, HIV related service, psychological factors and worries about those service were the most important key effect factors. Then these were re-categorized into 3 levels through axial coding, and constructed the whole framework of the theory by selective coding. Conclusion: The effective way of HIV intervention among MSM need to be carried out in 3 levels in the further. Most especially to improve their correct cognition, quality of HIV related service, and strengthen their mental health;
