文章以生态文明视角下的健康观为基础，提出生态文明视角下健康管理的特点，即健康管理不仅关注个人的健康状况，而且综合考虑个人、家庭、社会与环境等因素，使人类健康与环境健康协调发展。以此为基础运用健康管理的基本原理构建了生态文明视角下的健康管理模式。从建立基本信息档案、评估环境风险因素、进行生态健康教育与健康干预、进行健康管理评价等方面，综合考虑人类健康与生态环境的和谐发展，建立起人类与环境可持续发展的新型健康管理模式。%Based on the outlook of health under perspective of healthy ecological civilization, the paper aims to analyze health management features, and propose the features of health management under the ecological civilization, namely health management is not only concerned about the health of the individual, but also concerned about the individual, family, community and environmental factors, so that human health and the environment health can coordinate in the development.On the basis of health management principles, health management model can be construc-ted under the perspective of ecological civilization.The paper suggests us to consider the harmonious development of human health and ecological environment, and establish a new management model of human health and the environment for sustainable development from following aspects, in-cluding the establishment of basic information file, assessment of environmental risk factors, ecological health education and health interventions, and health management evaluation.
