基于新医院评审标准的北京市某医院门诊患者隐私保护的实践与思考

摘要

The new hospital accreditation standards are particularly concerned about protecting the interests of patients, requiring to protect the privacy of the treatment environment, to ensure the security of patient medical records and information, as well as to build related systems and management praltices to protect the privacy of patients, and improvement is continuously effective.In this paper, the evaluation criteria in the en-try for outpatients privacy protection as a starting point , introduces a hospital in Beijing through the implement action of "one clinic only can be a doctor and a patient", improvement treatment environment, establishment of relevant rules and regulations, training and supervision combined with other measures to ensure the protection of patient privacy, the implementation of the assessment requirements.%新的医院评审标准尤为关注患者权益的保护，要求保证诊疗环境的私密性，保证患者病案及信息的安全性，同时要求建立保护患者隐私的相关制度和管理措施，持续改进有成效。本文以评审标准中有关门诊患者隐私保护的主要内容为切入点，介绍和分析北京市某医院通过实行“一医一患一诊室”、改造就诊环境、建立相关规章制度、培训与督导相结合等措施，切实保护患者隐私，落实评审相关要求的实践。
