医务人员人文素质缺乏的原因与对策

摘要

以病人为中心的医疗服务理念要求医务人员有较高的人文素质，而医务人员人文素质受到市场经济条件下的社会功利化倾向、医院人文环境欠佳以及医务人员自身人文素质追求弱化等方面的消极影响。促进医务人员人文素质的提高，需要医院内部人文环境的优化、医院管理者的身体力行、相关制度的保障特别是医务人员自身人文知识的学习与实践。%The medical concept of "patient centered"requests medical staffs'high humanistic quality.However, While, under the condi-tion of economy market, it is negatively influenced by social utilitarian tendency, the bad humanistic environment in hospital and the lack of psy-chological need of the staff to improve.The improvement of the medical staff's humanistic quality requires the optimization of hospital internal hu-manistic environment, the managers'efforts and the guarantee of related systems, especially the learning and practice by the staff themselves.
