南京市4所高等院校研究生心理健康现状调查

     

摘要

目的:通过对南京市4所高等院校硕士研究生心理健康现状调查,为提高硕士研究生心理健康水平提供依据。方法:随机选取南京4所高校的760名硕士研究生作为研究样本,根据总体幸福感量表、生活质量状况量表以及艾森克人格问卷对硕士研究生进行抽样调查。结果:硕士研究生主观幸福感现状呈中等水平;不同专业硕士研究生生活质量状况及人格特质量表差异对主观幸福感均有统计学意义(P<0.05-P<0.01);不同年级硕士研究生生活质量状况差异对主观幸福感均有统计学意义(P<0.05-P<0.01);不同家庭经济差异的硕士研究生生活质量状况及人格特质量表差异对主观幸福感差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05-P<0.01);硕士研究生主观幸福感与生活质量状况呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01),与人格特质呈显著负相关关系(P<0.01);在生活质量中物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能维度对主观幸福感为正向预测(β=0.142,β=0.133,β=0.099,β=0.313),在人格特质中神经质因子对主观幸福感为负向预测(β=-0.186)。结论:专业、年级、家庭经济差异对硕士研究生主观幸福感有一定影响,家庭经济、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、神经质等因子对主观幸福感有着重要的预测作用,对硕士研究生心理健康有影响作用。%Objective: To investigate the subjective well-being of graduate students, the status of quality of life and personality and to im-prove the mental health of graduate students to provide evidence .Methods:760 graduates were randomly selected as the research sample from four colleges and four universities in Nanjing, according to the general well-being scale, quality of life and the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Status Scale on a sample survey of graduate students.Results: Status of graduate'subjective well-being was at a moderate level; different post-graduates'Gert quality and human quality of life tables on SWB had statistically significant (P<0.05-P<0.01); different grades of quality of life postgraduates status differences in subjective well-being were statistically significant (P <0.05-P <0.01);different family economic sta-tus and quality differences graduate whose Gert quality of life tables on SWB had statistically significant differences(P<0.05-P<0.01);gradu-ate subjective well-being and quality of life conditions showed a significant positive correlation (P<0.01), and personality traits showed a sig-nificant negative correlation (P<0.01); material life , physical function, quality of life , psychological function , social function dimensions of subjective well-being is positively predicted (β=0.142,β=0.133,β=0.099,β=0.313), factor in the personality traits of neuroticism on sub-jective well-being as a negative predictor (β=-0.186 ).Conclusion: professional , grade, family economic differences have an impact on graduate SWB, family economic , physical function, psychological function, social function, nervousness five factors on SWB has an important predictive role of graduate psychology health influential role .
