医患关系危机管理中的误区及对策

摘要

在当前医患关系紧张的背景下，医患关系危机管理逐渐受到医院、政府行政部门和社会学者的高度重视。但是，部分医院在医患关系危机管理中仍存在着一定的误区，如医患关系危机认识的片面化、医患关系危机处理的形式化、医患关系危机归责的简单化。这些问题的出现亟需加强医务人员对危机的防范意识，建立医院危机协调机制，提升医疗服务水平，从而妥善处理医患危机，维护医院正常医疗秩序。%In the current context of tense relationship between doctors and patients , the relationship crisis management is gradually attracting great importance from hospitals, executive branches of government, sociologists.However, some hospitals still make mistakes in doctor-patient relationship crisis management, such as formalism in handling, simplification in division of responsibilities.The emergence of the above issues forces the hospitals to strengthen the crisis prevention awareness of medical personnel , to build the hospital crisis coordination mechanism , and to enhance the level of medical services, thereby smoothly handling doctor-patient crisis, maintaining normal hospital medical order.
