医用低值耗材溢库控制方法探讨

This article describes the concept and causes of medical low-value consumables, then discusses effective management and con-trol for medical low-value consumables from classification and coding management of medical consumables , establishing the secondary warehouse management, transforming HIS charge processing, and strengthening financial management of surplus, so as to reduce the rate of medical consum-ables surplus, save medical resources and reduce the burden of medical expenses of the patient.%通过分析医用低值耗材溢库的概念和产生溢库的原因，认为应该从医用耗材分类编码管理、实行二级库房管理、改造HIS系统收费处理流程及加强溢库财务管理等方面对医用低值耗材进行有效的管理控制，从而达到降低溢库率、节约医疗资源、减轻患者医疗费用负担的目的。
