心理干预对武汉市某医院银屑病患者病耻感的影响

摘要

Objective: To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on the stigma of patients with psoriasis.Methods:A retro-spective study was performed on 96 patients chosen from 211 patients who were diagnosed with psoriasis and hospitalized in a hospital of Wuhan. The patients were divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (47 cases), and both of the two groups were given the same nurs-ing care, while the observation group were given additional psychological intervention, and the patients in this group were evaluated by SAD, SSRS.Results: Psychological intervention could improve the symptoms of psychological problems including anxiety, depression, autism, hostili-ty, interpersonal sensitivity, stress and so on, and the patients could be understood and loved by family, friends, and colleagues.However, there was no obvious change after treatment in the control group.SAD improved significantly among the patients with upper-level junior college educa-tion in the observation group.Conclusion: Sigma of patients with psoriasis could be improved by proper psychological intervention, and the im-provement was more obviously among patient with a higher degree.%目的：探讨心理干预对银屑病患者病耻感的影响。方法：从2013年2月－2014年1月在武汉市某医院就诊的211例银屑病患者中随机选取96例住院患者，分为观察组49例和对照组47例，两组给予同样的治疗护理。观察组同时进行心理干预，干预前后采用问卷调查的方式了解患者心理特点，观察社交回避及苦恼量表（ SAD）、社会支持问卷（ SSRS）的得分情况及临床疗效。结果：心理干预能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁、自闭、敌对、紧张、人际关系敏感等心理问题，并获得家人、朋友和同事的理解与关爱，而对照组治疗前后无明显变化；大专及以上学历银屑病患者在给予心理干预后SAD有更显著的改善。结论：适当心理干预对改善银屑病患者的病耻感具有积极意义，且高学历者经心理干预后改善更明显。
