目的:制定医院临床科主任胜任力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲专家咨询法,对30名专家展开2轮问卷调查。结果:初步确立了一套科学实用的医院临床科主任胜任力评价指标体系,包含管理决策、创新与竞争等6个一级指标及延伸的16个二级指标和32个三级指标。结论:本研究构建的临床科主任胜任力指标具有较高的可靠性和准确性,可为德尔菲法在医院人才管理评价中的应用提供借鉴。%Objective:To study on clinical department director's competency evaluation system. Methods:30 experts were involved in 2 rounds of survey with so-called Delphi method. Results: preliminarily explored a scientific and practical evaluation system, which contains 6 Class I indexes including:management decisions, innovation and competition and so on, 16 Class II indexes and 31 Class III indexes, was estab⁃lished. Conclusion:This index system has a high reliability and accuracy. The research will provide a reference for the application of Delphi Method in personnel management in hospital evaluation.
