新兴陇药产业及其支持体系构建

摘要

Chinese emerging herbal medicine industry of Gansu is different from the traditional medicine industry of Gansu. There are policy advantages and resource advantages in Gansu Province. Culture industry,multi-purpose industry warehousing industry and health care industry of traditional Chinese Medicine of Chinese herbal medicine industry of Gansu should be constructed. The policy system,such as industrial policy sys￣tem,preferential tax policies,finance supporting system and other supporting policy system,legal system and propaganda system,the other sup￣port system such as talent cultivation and industry supervision should be included in the construction of the support system of Chinese emerging herbal medicine industry of Gansu.%新兴陇药产业有别于传统甘肃省中药材产业。甘肃省具有发展新兴陇药产业的政策条件和资源优势，可以构建陇药文化产业、多用途中药材产业、中药材仓储产业和中医药养生保健产业等新兴陇药产业。新兴陇药产业支持体系构建包括产业政策体系、税收优惠政策、融资支持体系等政策体系，陇药法律体系，宣传体系、人才培养、产业监管等其他支持性体系的构建。
