桂林市和北京市两所医院患者法律意识现状调查和比较研究

摘要

Objective:To analyze the status,characteristics and differences of legal consciousness of the patients who were from different re￣gions. Methods:A self-made questionnaire was used in this investigation and a sample of 150 patients was selected from each hospital in Guilin and Beijing. SPSS 17.0 was used for statistical analyses. Results:The total score of legal consciousness of the patients who came from Guilin and the patients who came from Beijing were 92.71±7.65 and 97.44±7.57,respectively. The average scores of the various dimensions were different. The difference of the total scores of legal consciousness between the patients in Guilin and Beijing was statistically significant. There exists a signif￣icant difference in all dimensions of the legal consciousness. Conclusion: The difference of the patients' legal consciousness between areas with different developing levels is significant. It is suggested to improve the level of the patients' legal consciousness through enhanced law awareness campaign activities.%目的：：分析患者的法律意识现状、特点和差异。方法：使用自制问卷，通过方便抽样的方式，在桂林市A医院和北京市B医院分别调查150位患者，并对调查数据进行统计分析。结果：桂林市患者和北京市患者法律意识自评总分分别为92.71±7.65、97.44±7.57，5个维度自评得分不尽相同，两地患者法律意识自评总分差异有统计学意义，各维度自评得分也存在显著差异。结论：不同社会经济发展水平地区的患者法律意识存在差异，应当有针对性地采取措施提高患者法律意识，尤其需重视经济发展落后地区的法制宣传和教育。
