Objective: To understand the present situation of humanistic quality in a medical college in Guizhou in order to provide evidence for strengthening humanistic quality of medical students.Methods: Referenced and designed the questionnaire and investigated the state quo of humanistic quality of 200 undergraduate students of five majors in a medical college in Guizhou province .Results:Students had various require-ments of improving their humanistic quality .80% of the students thought that practice teaching was the best method of humanities education and the first classroom teaching method had 22.7%of the students.45.95%of them paid more attention to specialized course, while make? light? of humanities.Only 28.11% of the students had been satisfied with the existing school humanities courses.Students had been affected by a variety of factors to shape their professional ethics and ranking first was the medical moral and social moral which accounted for 66.5%.Conclusion:Medical colleges need to improve medical students'humanistic quality from increasing opportunities of the medical students'social practice, achie-ving a mastery through a comprehensive study of humanistic education, quality education and professional quality education,combining science ed-ucation and ideological education, and building a campus cultural atmosphere, etc.%目的:了解贵州省某医学院校医学生人文素质现状,为提高医学生人文素养提供依据。方法:借鉴并设计调查问卷,对贵州省某医学院校5个专业200名本科生进行人文素质现状调查。结果:医学生对于提高人文素养有多重需求,最能让学生接受的人文教育方式是实践活动(社会实践、实践教学等),占80%,而愿意接受第一课堂授课方式的仅占22.7%;45.95%的学生选择压缩人文课时扩大医学专业课;仅28.11%的学生对现有的人文课程学时感到满意;多种因素影响医学生职业道德的塑成,其中医务道德和社会道德是最主要因素,占66.5%。结论:医学院校要从增加社会实践机会、采取理论与实践相结合的教学方式、结合专业教育与人文教育、培养良好的人文环境等方面入手提高医学生人文素质。
