湖北省某县纵向连续性医疗服务用药安全性现状及影响因素

摘要

Objective:This Study discussed patient’ s medication safety in the vertical continuity of care in rural area which based on an ex-ample of safe use of antibiotics in a county of Hubei province .Methods:We explored the safety status of medication safety of safe use of antibiot-ics based on correspondence analysis by using the data of medical record which belongs to the patients who experienced vertical levels of medical institutions.Results:The medication safety problem of vertical continuity care was severe in rural area , the professional qualification of doctors and the severity of disease in patients entering the two stage institutions were the key impact factors to medication safety .Conclus ion:The medica-tion safety which in the process of vertical continuity care in rural area should be drew much more attention .In order to constraint the safety is-sues, the status quo of systematic and continuous loss of basic medical service system in rural areas of China systematic mechanism should be im-proved and the integrated rural medical care system should be built.%目的：以湖北省某县纵向连续性医疗服务提供过程中的抗生素使用安全性为例，分析农村纵向连续性医疗服务患者跨机构用药安全问题。方法：利用纵向连续性服务患者的病历资料数据，结合对应分析方法，寻找纵向连续性服务抗生素使用安全性现状。结果：农村地区纵向连续性医疗服务用药存在较为严重的安全性问题，医生技术职称与患者在两级机构就诊疾病的严重程度均对用药安全性有显著影响。结论：应重视农村纵向连续性医疗服务安全性现状，着力改善我国农村基本医疗服务体系系统性、连续性缺失的现状，建立整合型的农村医疗服务体系。
