山东省某三甲医院2005-2014年科研立项情况分析

     

摘要

目的:了解山东省某三甲医院2005-2014年科研立项情况,为医院科研管理提出有效建议。方法:从文献计量学角度,分析医院科研立项的数量、级别、经费、项目负责人情况,并进行相关统计分析。结果:医院各级各类科研立项共483项,共获科研经费5512.5万元;36-55岁的中青年医务人员承担了81.4%的项目,80.3%的项目负责人具有硕士及以上学位,84.9%的项目负责人具有副高及以上职称,项目负责人的学位及职称与项目级别与数量间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重点学科承担了42%的项目。结论:该医院科研立项数量增长缓慢,国家级项目较少;立项课题或资助经费不均衡,总额偏少;青年医务人员科研能力较低;科研立项学科分布不均衡。需继续加强科研基础平台建设,注重科研人才培养,依托高职称高学历人员,大力培养青年医务人员的科研能力,充分发挥重点学科的辐射带动作用,保证医院科研的均衡、可持续发展。%Objective: To know the situation of research projects in a top three hospital in Shandong Province during 2005 and 2014 in order to put forward effective suggestions about scientific research management for hospitals.Methods: With the method of literature metrology, made a statistical analysis about the number, grade, funding and project leaders'information of scientific research project.Results:The total number of projects in the hospital was 483, the total research funds of scientific projects was 55125000 yuan;36-55 years old youth peoples undertook 81. 4% of the projects, 80.3% of the project managers had master degree or above and 84.9% of the project managers had professional title or a-bove.It had statistically significant between project managers’ degree and title and the project’s level and quantity (P<0.05).Key disciplines undertook 42% of the projects.Conclusion: The hospital needed to continue to increase scientific research infrastructure, pay attention to the cultivation of talents, cultivate the scientific research ability of young medical personnel rely on high professional title and high degree medical staff, give full play to the leading role of key disciplines, so as to guarantee the balanced and sustainable development of hospital scientific re-search.
